Welcoming New Beginnings with Silly Goose and Bunny Baby Shower Cookies

There’s nothing sweeter than celebrating the arrival of a little one, and what better way to add charm and whimsy to a baby shower than with custom-designed cookies? Our silly goose and bunny-themed cookies were the stars of the dessert table at a recent baby shower, combining delicate designs with playful personalities.

Each cookie was carefully crafted to fit the soft, pastel palette of the event, with lace-inspired borders and adorable details like tiny bows and ruffles. The bunnies and geese, with their sweet expressions and whimsical touches, brought a sense of nostalgia and joy that perfectly complemented the occasion.

Why go for ordinary desserts when your cookies can tell a story? These treats didn’t just taste amazing—they became part of the décor and added a personal touch that guests loved. Plus, they were the perfect conversation starters! (Because let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a silly goose moment?)

If you’re planning a baby shower or any event celebrating life’s sweetest milestones, custom cookies are a delightful way to tie together your theme and make the day extra special. Whether it’s silly geese and bunnies, cuddly bears, or another unique design, we’re here to bring your vision to life.

Watercolor Flower Cookies

This set of cookies is painted in pretty colors like watercolors, using paint that you can actually eat. Inspired by the flowers on the event's invitation.

Hand-painting cookies is quite a challenge. You need to be quick because if you brush the cookie too hard, the paint dissolves the sugary base, and then the cookie is ruined. Despite this, I still prefer painting over the printed cookies that are so common nowadays. Even though making printed cookies is easier since a machine does the work, they lack the handmade touch that I love putting into everything I create.

Creating a set of cookies inspired by The Nutcracker ballet is an absolute delight for me! It's a cherished theme during the holiday season, and I find immense joy in bringing it to life each time. These cookies were crafted with inspiration from the delightful designs of the Wilde Peach Party collection, perfect to be shared as favors at a special little girl's first birthday celebration.

Did you know that The Nutcracker Ballet made its debut at the Mariinsky Theater in St. Petersburg, Russia, on December 17, 1892? Marius Petipa, a renowned choreographer, commissioned the esteemed Russian composer Peter Tchaikovsky to create the ballet, and the score drew inspiration from Alexandre Dumas' adaptation of E.T.A Hoffmann's tale.

However, it wasn't until Christmas Eve of 1944 that the San Francisco Ballet introduced "The Nutcracker" to its repertoire. Subsequently, it wasn't until the 1960s that the full-fledged production of the "Nutcracker" ballet gained substantial traction, evolving into an enduring Christmas tradition cherished across the United States.
