Thousand Layers Cake “Mil Hojas”
One of our favorite desserts is “Mil Hojas”, a pastry delight popular dessert in Latin America of which there are many different variations. Our version is made with crumbly layers of flaky sweet pastry, filled with “dulce de leche”. The cake is frosted with Italian meringue and decorated with colorful sprinkles.
