Our Vanilla Buttercream
We use Swiss Meringue buttercream. Just like our vanilla cake, our vanilla buttercream is flavored with real vanilla and is silky smooth. Tip: just like butter is hard when it's cold, so is buttercream (since we use real butter!). Because of this, we recommend leaving our cakes out at room temperature for a few hours before serving to get the buttercream to soften.

What is the texture of Rose Vanilla cakes?
Unlike lighter and fluffier cakes, Rose Vanilla cakes have a moist and heavier texture and a more pronounced richness.
Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or sugar-free/lower-sugar cakes?
While we hope to offer these options one day, we don't offer them right now and don't know if and when we will be able to.
What is the best way to serve and store my cake/cupcakes?
Cakes are generally best enjoyed when consumed fresh, especially on the day they are collected from your location. While it's ideal to consume the cake on the day it is collected, you can extend its freshness and quality by properly storing it. If you're unable to consume the entire cake in one day, you can store it in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator, depending on the specific cake type and any fillings or frostings it may have.
All cakes and cupcakes should be served at room temperature.
Cakes: All of our cakes are stored in the refrigerator before pickup/delivery to ensure smooth transportation. However, please allow 3-4 hours for cakes to come to room temperature before serving. Cold cakes and buttercream will be hard and will soften up at room temperature. The buttercream tends to soften and develop a smoother texture when allowed to warm up, making it easier to bite into and enhancing the overall flavor.
Cupcakes: Cupcakes should be served and stored at room temperature. Room-temperature cupcakes allow the flavors to shine and provide a more satisfying taste experience.
